Our washing machine needed repair. I called Mr. Appliance and from start to finish had an amazing experience. They had a lot of availability. They even called because they had an earlier day available. I got an appointment in a day. They have online booking, they email and text confirmation of your time window and a picture and name of the technician coming. Kevin came on time, diagnosed quickly, and had our parts on his truck. He was here less than an hour and my machine is fixed! Highly recommend!

Kevin is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. Once the part we needed came in, it took him only 20 minutes to fix the problem with my washer. I forgot to move some things out of the way for him so he did it and put them back exactly where he moved it from. Highly recommend, not only the company, but Kevin. Thank you for the help!

This company was recommended to us by our BIL, who had a recent good experience with them. Repair tech Kevin was AWESOME in helping us get our LG refrigerator repaired! It always boosts my confidence when you see someone taking notes on their iPad using speech to text. He helped to confirm our compressor warranty with LG (still under warranty, thank God!), and then he returned a day or two later to replace the compressor. He was working in VERY cramped conditions, poor guy. He was very personable and had a great sense of humor. Most of all we were just SO HAPPY THAT HE COULD FIX OUR FRIDGE, when we had just wasted $125 on a diagnostic service call from another company that was not willing to follow up (regarding the warranty and how to proceed with repair). Pricing was fair and transparent. We're putting this company at the top of our list!

I was having a problem with my refrigerator was not cooling. Brad came right over the next day. Told me I needed a new fan motor was replaced a few days later. Great customer service fair pricing Brad was excellent very personable definitely knew what he was doing. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
