They were very quick to get out to my home to diagnose the issue. They had to order the part for it, which was fine because I could still use my oven. The technician was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I would recommend Mr. Appliance to my friends and family!

Technician Brennen was excellent. He came when he said he would come. He did exactly what he promised to do. And the problem was fixed. Can't ask for more than that. I would highly recommend.
Definitely 5 star service from Martin who arrived on time and was professional in every way. My dryer was repaired in a timely fashion and works like new.
Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The amount was extremely fair and he even assisted with a few other tasks and did not charge me for the extra work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
