The worst thing about repairs is usually the time spent waiting. With Mr Appliance the afternoon before your scheduled service they will send you a notification with a two hour service window. Both times the technician was on his way and service was completed within that given time frame that was given the day before.

My technician, returned because my washing machine was not working after a repair. He remembered the issue was thoughtful about the part that we needed in advance and fixed it in 40 minutes… And it was under warranty for the labor. The washing machine is working great now. I Highly recommend Mr Appliance for their commitment to long-term satisfaction.
