    “Within about three seconds of hearing our broken washing machine, Jacob knew exactly which part had gone bad and double checked to be sure. He told us precisely how long it would take for him to get the part and come back, and he was as good as his word. He came back promptly on the day he said he would, and he fixed a few other small things that were wrong with the washer while he was in there. It runs fine now. I would highly recommend him.”
