  • “We are very pleased by the work Tony did for us, repairing our Whirlpool Cabio clothes washer. It was not an easy job, to say the least. Due to an overloading of the washer by our granddaughter, the spin and wash cycles were compromised. And the breakdown came at a time when all members of our household were in desperate need for clean laundry. Tony to the rescue! He skillfully diagnosed the problem, conferred with another staff member on the technical aspects including an interpretation of generated malfunction codes, disassembled the rear plate and tub (where clothing from the overloaded condition slipped out and over the tub into the cavern below) bringing the spinning motion to a complete standstill and signaling the control center to shut down. It is obvious that Tony knows his stuff. Not only is he a skilled professional, but his thoughtful and courteous manner of answering all my questions (some pretty dumb) on how to safeguard against this from happening again deserve special mention.
