We got to work with Brock when our dryer went out and he was PHENOMENAL. He was personable, friendly, helpful, kind, and answered questions I had and even questions I didn't. The office and payment staff were equally as kind and friendly when we spoke over the phone. We would gladly work with Mr. Appliance and Brock again!

Abiel was our technician. He communicated about his arrival and was right on time. He did an excellent job of addressing the problem with our dishwasher, fixed it in in quick fashion, and then took time to explain how to prevent similar problems in the future. I will definitely call him again when I have any issue with my appliances!
