Great experience with them. Same day service on my LG refrigerator freezer. Alejandro was awesome. Got to work and knew exactly what he was doing. Even taught me a thing or two about how the whole system works. Fair price and I am very happy with the service. Thank you Alejandro and Mr. Appliance. 10/5 Saturday Update…..well now I have an issue. The freezer did not get freezin after a day and I’ve lost the regular refrigerator also and had to move as much stuff as we could to the other fridge. Still lost a several hundred in frozen and refrigerated food. Not happy. They don’t work weekends so Monday is the soonest they can get out. Ughhhhh. They did communicate with me thru text tho. So that was cool (no pun intended) We’ll see how this goes Monday…….. 10/7/24-Yes. Alejandro was able to find and fix the issue. Thank you!

Louis, thank you for the feeback. We always love to hear where we succeed but knowing where we can do better is very helpful also. So we really do appreciate both the original review, and the update. It looks like Alejandro was able to get the issue resolved on Monday, but our repairs do come with one year warranty, so if you do run into any more issues please just let us know!

Alejandro the technician who came to fix the microwave is professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The customer service for this company is also prompt way better than the company who used to fix our appliances. I highly recommend this company. Professional and reliable.

They are friendly yet professional, with no wasted time and prompt communication. Their technician quickly diagnosed the issue and confirmed my suspicions, then sourced the necessary parts efficiently. As soon as the parts arrived, they called and scheduled the repair immediately. The technician repaired our microwave oven drawer in under an hour! I'll definitely reach out to them again for any future appliance repairs. Highly professional and dependable.
