  • ““Called Mr. Appliance yesterday because our dryer stopped heating up and set up an appointment for the next day. Prior to Johns arrival, I received an email, a text message with his picture (so I would know exactly who is coming to the house) and a personal phone call. Wow! He made sure he put shoe covers on and laid a mat down before entering my house. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He showed me my options, made some suggestions and gave me a price (including labor) - no hidden charges. John had the parts in his vehicle and was done within 1 hour. He is fully digital so I paid him immediately and was emailed my receipt. Talk about customer service! I will be calling them again for our appliance repairs. Excellent!””

I got an appointment online with Mr. Appliance the next day and was emailed as to when they would show up and got a courtesy call for when he was on his way. Jonathan Flyger was my technician and was awesome. Clean, neat, and knowledgeable. Found things stuck in the washer that shouldn't have been there and was a life-saver! 30 minutes and he was all done.”

  • “My Samsung washer wouldn't drain. I called three local places that wouldn't even look at it because they didn't work on Samsung's. According to Google, Mr. Appliance was the only place in town that would work on it, so I used their online tool to sign up for a visit within a four hour time block (8am-noon). I was pleasantly surprised when they emailed me that the technician would visit within a smaller window, 9:05am-10:50am. I received a call at 9am that the technician was leaving for my house. He arrived shortly after that. He was friendly and courteous, and listened to me as I described what was happening and what has been done so far. He worked on it for a bit, explained that the pump was no longer working and how much it would cost to fix, which seemed reasonable (especially considering no one else would even touch it). He left to go get a part, returned promptly and fixed my washer. I had a load of laundry running by 11:45. Very satisfied. Thank you!”
