Was able to get an appointment the same day I called - tech was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about what went wrong with our dryer and had all the parts necessary to fix it in one appointment. Super glad they were able to fix it right away, and greatly appreciated them walking me through what they were doing and what had gone wrong.
