I recently bought an apartment in NYC. My Liebherr refrigerator/ freezer was having issues. I contacted the highest rated appliance service companies from my Google search and was turned away. I contacted Mr. Appliance and discovered that they had previously serviced my apartment and knew my Liebherr model. They promptly sent a tech who quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and three days later returned for the service. Problem solved, fast and polite service and a reasonable price. All in all 5 STARS!

The problem was successfully diagnosed and the serviceman returned a week later with the part, which was quickly installed. (As with all service companies) I hope the day will come when we can reserve morning or afternoon several days ahead, even if the exact time is further clarified the night before. This would be so helpful for my work commitments :).
