simply called and got an appt (very quickly) the tech came and found the issue - left, ordered the part and came back - it was seamless - he was a professional who knows his job and how to work in a private townhouse environment. I can't say enough. I highly recommend these guys. Pamela Steigmeyer

Haymant was Excellent! He came to fix the handle on my new Miele Dishwasher which is only one month old. He was very knowledgeable about Miele Dishwashers and suggested using a descaler every 4 months to keep it very clean. He also services lots of other appliances and brands. We discussed my sub zero viking refrigerator and he knew exactly what needed to be done to keep it running efficiently! I will have him come back to service it to keep it in tip top shape. Haymant is so knowledgeable about many Brands and I would not hesitate to have him come back to service all my appliances‼️He is a true find and will recommend him to everyone I know.

These guys are great! I want them to do all of my appliances! They were very very knowledgable, thorough and most of all clear about what was going on and how to solve the problem, which they did! They also gave me clear information about how best to use my unit and what NOT to do.

Our Gaggenau refrigerator’s ice maker suddenly stopped working. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with Mr Appliance to diagnose problem. The ice maker had failed and needed to be replaced which they were able to do two days later. Technicians were knowledgeable and very professional. Would definitely recommend their work.

The office staff was m wonderful. Explained everything. The man who came to look at our dishwasher was Professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the machine and that parts were needed. He came back with the parts and was clear in his explanation of whatvwas done. I would certainly use them again
