  • Thank you whatever he did, for the 1st time the ice maker is working great. The fridge also has never ran this good. It also does not run as often either.

    I know I can rattle on & on but whoever installed the new ice maker never installed it right, that’s for sure. Today is my 80th birthday. We could never have a more perfect gift, something in the computer was not programmed right or what, but he hit a home run!

    The fridge ran out of a 24 hour period 21.5 hours and I know that sounds like an exaggeration but believe me it is true from the day it was (previously) installed.”

  • “My husband and I were having a problem with our Kenmore microwave, and were advised to call Mr. Appliance. The receptionist, Kelly, helped set us up with an appointment for the next day. We could not believe it! She is the perfect person to have as the first contact for new customers. The next day, our technician, Chris, came . We could not believe how knowledgeable, totally organized, efficient, personable and polite he was during this process. We don't know how he managed to get that microwave out of it's compartment over the range! And when the job was finished, there were no screws or parts left over. He found out what the problem was and ordered the part. When it arrived, he came back and finished the job. You don't have to be around Chris long to see that he LOVES his job and takes pride in his work. WOW!! - what a find. Chris is a wonderful representative for this company. I certainly hope that none of my appliances break down, but in the event they do, I will certainly call Mr. Appliance. I've already spread the word - my neighbors now have your telephone number.”

  • “I have used you once before for a refrigerator several years ago and the repairman was nice and helpful. I am a single woman so having a guy come to the house could make one nervous, but not with your guys. They are professional and courteous! Chris put down a mat outside, then put on orange booties before walking in the house. I appreciate this because we don’t wear shoes in the house. Then he proceeded to analyze the problem with the dryer quite quickly. He was extremely honest and thorough and gave me the exact quote for fixing the issue. He was also very honest about why he couldn’t fix it until Monday. He has other jobs (one he said is a 3 hour one) that are already scheduled. He said he couldn’t do the job before Monday, but I could have a different repairman sooner if I wanted. I chose to wait for him on Monday. He was quick to show me the available times for Monday and even apologized that I had to wait so long. It really isn’t a big deal to wait until Monday, but it was nice he respected the inconvenience of not having a dryer. It is nice to know that your company is so honest and ethical with quoting jobs, etc. I will recommend you to anyone I know that needs services and you will always be the first one I call to repair my appliances! Thank you for being so easy to work with!”
