Javier was fantastic and was really professional and efficient with the clothes dryer. He was very informative and actually showed me what was wrong with it and demonstrated the whole process for me. He also told me more about the warranty and showed his great knowledge of how to fix my clothes dryer. I rate him 10/10 for his work and would definitely request him again if I did experience another issue.

I have never used Mr. Appliance before so this was my first experience with them. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Once he ran the diagnostics test, he was very informative about his findings. He also let me know that the needed part was available. He returned the next day and completed the repair with in 45 minutes. He explained a service program that the company offers. Based on my experience with this company. I will save their contact information and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
