  • “I scheduled Mr. Appliance to come to my new home to swap out the gas orifices from natural gas to propane. Felipe showed up right on time, performed the required service in less than an hour and was totally professional! So fast forward a few months and one of my burners on the propane cooktop stove appeared to burn yellow flames and I assumed that maybe Felipe had forgotten to change out this particular burner's orifice. I called their office to schedule a service call and explained what I thought the problem was. A few days later Felipe came out again, removed the top pieces of the burner and found some small dust particles in the orifice, cleaned them out and the burner was operating very well! I offered to pay him for the service call and he said he would call it a warranty call with no charges! What a great company and they are very professional and knowledgeable.”
