  • I have a dishwasher that ceased operating and through Lowe's extended warranty I was put in touch with Mr. Appliance. The scheduler was very courteous and I was quickly scheduled for a diagnostic appointment. The technicians, Gary and Ray, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue! They went over all of the "What Happens Next" points with me and left me confident that they are qualified to do the needed repair! During the diagnostic appointment they ordered the necessary parts and scheduled me for the return repair appointment. I'm looking forward to them returning to complete the repair.
