  • “Last week I called you (out of the blue because I had never heard about your company other that what I found on the internet), and reported that I needed someone to repair my washing machine which was leaking water in the floor. It is an 18 month old Samsung for which I did not purchase an extended warranty. You dispatched Marvin Spaugh to handle the repair. He attempted anything and everything we could think of to duplicate the leak, but to no avail. I gladly paid him his diagnostic fee, and he was on his way. I just wanted to tell that I appreciate your sending Mr. Spaugh to handle my issue. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and would have continued to try to determine the cause of my concern had I insisted, but evidently I had a false concern. He instructed me regarding why the leak might have occurred, and how to prevent it from happening again if his suggestions proved to be true. He is a good guy, and you should be happy you have him in your employ. I hope if I have another issue, I am lucky enough to have Mr. Spaugh to come to my rescue again.   • “We were VERY satisfied with Mr. Appliance service via our serviceman Marvin. He was courteous, prompt, efficient, and very accommodating. He determined that our washer and dryer were both in need of serious repair. He explained technical terms and rationale. We decided to remove them rather than repair or replace them (we are preparing to sell the property). He determined the dishwasher was also needing replacement. Keep your company attitude of service and being one plus ahead of other companies. Customers will remember that as unique in these days. Business will increase one satisfied customer at a time. The money will come because people are feeling treated with respect and not feeling “ripped off.” I called Mr. Appliance in Greensboro because of the good record of Mr. Appliance in Vass.   • “I called Mr. Appliance in Greensboro (because I have used for years a local Mr. Appliance service in Aberdeen/Southern Pines/Pinehurst NC with complete satisfaction. In Greensboro the owner answered phone in person and was helpful in letting me know services offered without lengthy description of services and time schedule of services. The technician introduced himself by name and company; he was prompt as scheduled and immediately verified requested service. He found the two appliances checked to be in need of major repairs (shared details in layman's terms) AND did not try to sell me on expensive repairs nor try to sell repairs with a warranty; I asked for a check of a third appliance and he found that one in need of being replaced or having expensive repairs. All services were offered with customer friendly service oriented response rather than negative attitude that all three appliances checked needed replacing not repairs. Mr. Appliance in both Greensboro and in our home area answers the phone with a human voice and are customer friendly always. I would rate both franchises Excellent service. Completely satisfied in Mr. Appliance customer oriented, friendly service.”
