  • Our technician was on time and professional.

    Last year, my high-end induction cooktop went out. I chose Mr. Appliance from a list that the manufacturer gave me. My product was out of warranty and I did not have an extended warranty. Our technician, Mike was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem and guided me as to options with the manufacturer. What I appreciated most was his genuine care & concern for me as a customer. He was AWESOME!! Many times in the past, other companies have sent out service people that are ticked off/unprofessional/rude/ect. that have left me feeling like coming to fix something at my house was the biggest pain-ever, but not Mike. He gave me hope that the manufacturer was approachable, and confidence that what I believed was true. I called the manufacturer and asked for favor in this situation. It took 4 visits from Mike, and 7 months for all things to work out. I ended up with a new induction cooktop that works beautifully and was no extra charge. Equally as important, I ended up with the knowledge that their are great people in our world that really want to help us. Mike and the staff at Mr. Appliance, including Randy the Service Manager, are those great people.
