He worked hard to repair the back of my refrigerator, it ran very hot around the rim of the freezer door. Most all I had sprayed for bugs and the smell was very strong. Mr. Jones never complained and he worked under cramped conditions at the wall right behind the refrigerator putting the fan in & etc. Philip was neat and clean, when he came in my house and equally as clean when he left.   • “I called Mr. Appliance at 11:30 a.m. and a technician called a few hours later and said he will be there in 20 minutes. The technician came to the door , put booties on, put a mat down for his tools and began diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator. After finding the problem he put all parts back correctly, quoted me a price, told me the time he would get part and made an appointment for his return. Technician was very polite and clean, even wiping down the fridge and floor he was working around. The same scenario happened on his return. fixed the problem, again cleaned up and my fridge was working again. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and in particular this technician. He made a bad situation bearable. His knowledge was aces!”

As a retired Marine Corps Officer who spent a large part of my career working in maintenance, I was extremely impressed with Ihsan’s technical knowledge, character and dedication. The small leak I had in my washing machine was not obvious and Ihsan and I worked out a plan to track the leak to the source: the seal between the tube and it’s plastic lid had a one inch break. Today, Ihsan came back out with the replacement seal. Through perseverance, practical application and team work, the “not so easy” seal was replaced.   • “Today was a pleasant experience, as pleasant as spending money can be. In May of this year we had an issue w/our Whirlpool fridge/freezer. Called a competitor who corrected the problem to the tune of$249.00 plus tax = $266.00 which was labor only. Not knowing any better, called them today to correct a similar problem on second appliance. Thankfully, it appears they have gone out of business. Called Mr. Appliance and had service the same day. Our technician, Ihsan, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and on time. He explained the issue and corrected it in a timely manner. The good news is the total bill was $146.00. We were not charged tax because it was labor only, unlike your competitor I called. Based on today's experience Mr Appliance will be first on our list for appliance issues. Thank you and Ihsan.”
