“I made an online appointment (very convenient!) on Sunday and was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. Someone called me in the morning to provide a shorter service window. The technician ended up being ahead of schedule and asked if he could come sooner. Rob was very professional. He informed me of the issue with my leaking dishwasher and provided an estimate for the repair. It was a $600 repair so I opted not to go forward and just look for a new dishwasher as mine is at least 15 years old. He gave me a lot of recommendations for brands and models to look at, and ones to avoid. Mr. Appliance does not sell appliances so I knew he wasn't trying to upsell me anything fancy or steer me down the wrong path! I do wish the service call was a little cheaper. $159 is a lot to pay and not have anything fixed. I basically have to add that to the cost of my new dishwasher.”
