    “Austin did a great job. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately and then fixed it very efficiently. At the same time cleaning the interior of the dryer and (as it turned out) recommended that we have the dryer vent cleaned. It was taking more than an hour for a load to dry. Now it takes 30 minutes!!!”

    “Their technician, Austin, was very professional. He was kind a thorough in explaining what our options were. We decided not to get our dryer fixed because it is old and replacing it cost the same as repairing it. The service fee is very high $170, just for a 20 minute visit. But I would still recommend.”
