    “Scheduling with Mr. Appliance was simple. They also told me up front what fees would be to determine what needed to be fixed with our oven and refrigerator. They explained that these would be waved if we went ahead and fixed them the day the tech came. Mark was our technician. He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and which parts were needed. He also educated us about which appliances are the most reliable and to not put any more repairs into our refrigerator due to the brand's unreliability and expense of parts. We really appreciated the honesty! Definitely recommend Mr. Appliance and would call them again!”
