Sean has been servicing this area for three years. He excels in this kind of work because he is a natural problem solver. He enjoys fixing things and making them operational again. Being able to properly diagnose and repair the customers unit along with a professional attitude is what makes him a true expert technician. Meet Chris Farmer – Our OwnerMr. Appliance Owner

Chris Farmer has an extensive background in the customer service industry. In 1986, he graduated Woodford Co. High School prior to heading to the University of Kentucky. Chris’s background has greatly helped him in the appliance repair industry. As industries shift to quantity over quality, his team of appliance repairmen make a difference in customers’ days by providing polite and considerate service. His answer to the reason people keep coming back to Mr. Appliance? Chris simply states, “We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated.”

This approach carries through into everything Mr. Appliance does. Chris hires only the best technicians and keeps his team up to date with recent information and continual education. Many times, his team arrives to fix a problem that a previous appliance repair company had failed resolve correctly. In contrast, Chris believes in getting the job done right the first time and maintaining an open and honest conversation with the customers on what their best options are

Meet Ed Sissel – Georgetown TechnicianMr. Appliance Technician

Ed Sissel’s childhood was spent working on a farm in Pendleton County. It was there that he learned the basics of fixing things and maintaining equipment. After graduating from high school, Ed spent nine years in the Air Force. In the late 90’s, Ed began to work on appliances for Conrad Hardware (a local Falmouth business). When Ed moved to Georgetown, he obtained a job at Sears, servicing central Kentucky.

Four years after moving to Georgetown, Ed began working for Mr. Appliance when the location opened its doors in November. He was attracted to their strong values and level of customer service.
