Scheduler worked around my schedule and I had a diagnostic service dispatch performed within two days. A part was required that was ordered at the time of service and the service technician who completed the diagnostic returned 4 business days later, when the part arrived, to complete the repair. If I ever need a a future repair I will call Mr. Appliance first.
