Then, put me on the schedule for the expected delivery date. They came back when the part arrived in a couple of days, and the repair was done promptly. The cost was what I was expecting, and was quoted to me on the first visit. The repairmen were pleasant, helpful, and friendly.\n\nAfter I made my appointment online, I was offered an earlier time slot the next day due to a cancellation. I couldn\u2019t be there for that earlier appointment, but I appreciated the offer. I would\u2019ve taken it if I could have. And both times they came, they were able to arrive earlier than originally thought.
