The first time the technician came he identified the problem and ordered the necessary replacement parts for my ice maker! In one week the needed parts were shipped and when the new parts were received the technician showed up and replaced the defective parts with the new parts.  My ice maker started working immediately and several hours later I had my first ice cubes! I highly recommend this company for any repairs you may have. The first company that was sent came out to  initially install the ice maker which only made four ice cubes then never made any more but started leaking water.
