He was then able to remove the oven, replace the part, put the oven back in place, and had it up and running. I have never encountered a repair company who went well above and beyond the scope of their job to make sure everything was not only correct but safe. We have used Mr. Appliance many times, and they have always been wonderful, but this job demonstrated their dedication and determination to make things right. I felt confident with Ed in charge, was beyond pleased with the quality of work, and will absolutely continue to use them.
