  • “My experience with the Mr. Appliance franchise owned by Richard Wood is a typical story line with positive outcome. Almost every contractor, repair person you have work at your house results in delays, cost overruns, late or incomplete work and the list goes on. With a family to feed, I woke up to find melting ice cream and warm contents in my fairly new Whirlpool Refrigerator. I ran through some basic troubleshooting steps and determined no go. I had to resort to the Google search bar to locate an appliance repair outfit in my area. Called the big box stores and well known established appliance retailers that have been around for decades with about the same response time, 7-14 days out to schedule a repair person to come out and take a look. Approximately four hours after calling Richard Wood he was in my kitchen with shoe dust covers and working mat to keep floor clean. Within an hour, Richard replaced a faulty switch on compressor-back in business with a very fair total bill.”
