Trey and Matt’s parents ran a successful appliance repair company for 22 years before joining the Mr. Appliance team in 1999. The men’s childhood friend, Chris, served as the office and store manager for three years. When the elder Beattys decided to retire, the trio ran the business for two years before purchasing it from the parents in 2006. In just a short time, the business has grown to become one of the top appliance repair services in SE Florida due to its emphasis on expert repair and outstanding customer service.
