How do I print web pages from your site?
Many of the documents on the site have been specifically formatted for printing and we invite you to print data sheets, brochures, white papers, case studies and other documents that you may find useful. Many of these documents are available in Adobe Acrobat Reader format and are best printed in this format. If you do not wish to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader you can also print pages using the "Print" feature in your web browser.
Why can't I open PDF Documents?
In order to open PDF documents you need Adobe's Acrobat Reader software installed. Also, some PDF documents require the newest version of Acrobat. FREE Acrobat Reader can be downloaded at Adobe's site.
Why don't some RealNetworks Audio/Video play on my computer?
RealAudio and RealVideo streams on this site are encoded to play over a simple dial-up connection with enhanced play over a T1 or LAN. The faster your connection, the better the quality will be. While most Real media on this site will work with older versions of RealPlayer, these high-end streams require RealPlayer G2 or greater. We recommend downloading the newest version of RealPlayer. Be sure to check out RealNetworks' Technical Support FAQ's for more information. If you have problems accessing a RealPlayer videostream, make sure your firewall is configured to receive Real Media by clicking here.
