Excellence in Leadership

Service Technician of the Year The recipient of this award is chosen from written nominations received from Franchise Owners and is based on overall performance. Some areas that play a role in the selection of this recipient are: setting an example for other associates, how well their vehicles and equipment are maintained, job average, and customer satisfaction. Rookie of the Year, Conversion The Rookie of the Year (Conversion) award is presented to the Franchisee that has successfully converted an existing appliance repair business into a Mr. Appliance Franchise. The Franchise has been in existence for less than 18 months and the owner has demonstrated outstanding performance in sales, is focused on building their organization, and is committed to fully executing the system.
